This week has had its ups and downs, yesterday and this past week have not been without struggles, last Friday I met with my therapist which was very intense and emotional, it triggered flashbacks, vivid dreams and it has been an emotional roller coaster to say the least. Today I got up went for a run on the beach with Cesar and tried to make sense of the last week, I can't change what I have been through in my life and I know in order to get better there will be many more hard days ahead. I workout 6 days a week which helps, but don't let working out be a distraction to your struggles with PTSD, bipolar, depression, and anxiety. Working out should be part of your therapy not just a distraction to try and forget what you have been through.
Tomorrow will be better than today and yesterday because I will stay mentally and physically positive and strong.
